How a bound creature acts
- A companion acts on its owner's initiative, immediately after the owner.
- It uses the Companion block above — roughly ×0.6 HP and damage, no recharge abilities, and at most one reaction trait.
- It moves freely; it takes its Action only while its owner is conscious.
- At 0 HP a companion is broken, not dead — restored on a long rest unless your table rules otherwise.

It is the legion's pursuit hound — fast, pack-fighting, and built to run down and trip anyone who tries to flee or reposition, holding them for the line to finish.
Can the party outrun the Agares Hounds?
Not easily — speed 50 plus Relentless Pursuit means dashing, disengaging, or leaving its reach triggers a free chase move. Killing the hounds or blocking line of sight is more reliable than running.
