Angela
taloned night-stalker of Lilith's first brood
Angela — The Encounter
taloned night-stalker of Lilith's first brood · a boss your table can run with almost no prep. SRD 5.1-compatible.
Who Is Angela
They name her among the first taloned daughters Lilith loosed upon sleeping camps. Angela hunts the edges of the warband's advance, marking sentries and lone watchmen for the claws of her sisters. She does not hold ground; she clears it, diving on torchbearers and standard-bearers so the brood behind her meets a blinded foe. Where she lands, charm and darkness follow, and the column she stalks wakes already halved. The grimoires warn that to glimpse Angela by daylight is to have already lost the night before it began, for she scouts only what her sisters mean to devour.
Run Angela in Sixty Seconds
- Keep her flying then she gets Diving Talons damage and a prone-knockdown every turn she charges in.
- Kill priority back-line then send Angela at torch- and standard-bearers, not the tank.
- When bloodied then Flyby away and let her sisters finish; she is a skirmisher, not a brawler.

A lithe she-demon who folds her ragged wings only to strike, raking from above and gone before the blood falls.

How It Fights — by Tier
Same creature, scaled threat. The traits never change; only the numbers move.
Run Angela in pairs as forward scouts: she dives, rakes a sentry, and Flybys away before retaliation. Keep her airborne. She breaks if cornered alone.
Open with a diving Claw to knock a torchbearer prone, then Flyby out of reach. She fights as part of the flock, never solo; pull her back when bloodied.
Lead the warband's screen: dive, prone a back-rank caster, and let heavier sisters land the kill. Fight as a flight, retreating to regroup when bloodied.

How a bound creature acts
- A companion acts on its owner's initiative, immediately after the owner.
- It uses the Companion block above — roughly ×0.6 HP and damage, no recharge abilities, and at most one reaction trait.
- It moves freely; it takes its Action only while its owner is conscious.
- At 0 HP a companion is broken, not dead — restored on a long rest unless your table rules otherwise.

Questions, Asked at the Table
What CR is Angela?
At her native Tier 2 she is CR 6 (2,300 XP). Use the tier table to rescale her to a Tier 1 or Tier 3 table.
How does Angela fight alongside the rest of the Daughters of Lilith?
She is the warband's forward screen, diving to blind and prone key targets so the heavier sisters can land killing blows. She never holds the line herself.
Is Angela a boss?
No. She is an elite skirmisher with native-tier numbers and no legendary actions; run her as part of a flight, not a solo threat.
