Danicca
twin-glaive reaper of the Lilith flock
Danicca — The Encounter
twin-glaive reaper of the Lilith flock · a boss your table can run with almost no prep. SRD 5.1-compatible.
Who Is Danicca
Danicca dances at the killing edge of the flock, her twin-bladed haft spinning so the warband never has to close the last ten feet themselves. Lilith's daughters strike and scatter, and Danicca is the reach that keeps the enemy at arm's length while her sisters dive past her guard. She favors a low hover, sweeping legs and spear-hafts alike, then spinning away on a wingbeat before a counterstroke lands. The grimoires draw her as a wheel of blades; soldiers who break her circle find only empty air and a sister's claws at their backs.
Run Danicca in Sixty Seconds
- Ten-foot reach then Danicca hits from outside the enemy's swing and pins their front line.
- Whirling entry then she ignores one opportunity attack the first time she closes each turn.
- Spin away then her bonus-action Disengage-fly keeps her safe to strike again next round.

How It Fights — by Tier
Same creature, scaled threat. The traits never change; only the numbers move.
Use Danicca's 10-ft reach to harry a front line: sweep two foes, then Spinning Retreat. She screens for the diving sisters and never holds alone.
Open hovering just outside spear range; sweep the front rank, then Disengage-fly back. She keeps the line pinned for the flock to leap past.
Hold the warband's killing perimeter with reach attacks, retreating on a wingbeat when pressed. Fight as a flock; fall back when bloodied.

How a bound creature acts
- A companion acts on its owner's initiative, immediately after the owner.
- It uses the Companion block above — roughly ×0.6 HP and damage, no recharge abilities, and at most one reaction trait.
- It moves freely; it takes its Action only while its owner is conscious.
- At 0 HP a companion is broken, not dead — restored on a long rest unless your table rules otherwise.

Questions, Asked at the Table
What CR is Danicca?
Native Tier 2, CR 6 (2,300 XP). Use the tier table to move her to a Tier 1 or Tier 3 fight.
How does Danicca fight alongside the rest of the Daughters of Lilith?
Her reaching glaive holds the enemy front at bay so the diving sisters can vault past into the soft back ranks. She is a screen and skirmisher, not a solo threat.
Is Danicca a boss?
No. She is an elite skirmisher on native-tier numbers with no legendary actions; run her as part of a flock.
