Michiko
crescent-axe reaver of the Lilith brood
Michiko — The Encounter
crescent-axe reaver of the Lilith brood · a boss your table can run with almost no prep. SRD 5.1-compatible.
Who Is Michiko
Michiko is the brood's hewer, the broad-shouldered sister the flock lands behind once the line is broken. Where the others harry and scatter, Michiko stays and reaps, her crescent axe falling in arcs that drop one foe and carry into the next. Lilith's daughters open the wound; Michiko widens it until it cannot close. The hunting-books draw her standing alone amid a ring of the fallen, and warn that her axe gathers momentum from every kill, so that the longer she swings the faster the bodies pile beneath her wings.
Run Michiko in Sixty Seconds
- Send her into the crowd then Cleaving Crescent chains a free attack every time she drops a foe.
- Let the flock soften first then Michiko cleans up clustered, low-HP targets fastest.
- Highest single hits then her 2d10 axe is the brood's biggest melee chop—aim it at the wounded.

How It Fights — by Tier
Same creature, scaled threat. The traits never change; only the numbers move.
Land Michiko into a cluster the flock has already softened: two heavy chops, and Cleaving Crescent rolls a free swing onto the next foe at each kill. Not solo.
Open by dropping into the broken line and hewing; chain Cleaving Crescent kills through massed weak foes. She anchors the melee the flock opened.
Be the warband's reaper in the press, harvesting softened targets and chaining kills. Fight as a flock; withdraw on the wing when bloodied.

How a bound creature acts
- A companion acts on its owner's initiative, immediately after the owner.
- It uses the Companion block above — roughly ×0.6 HP and damage, no recharge abilities, and at most one reaction trait.
- It moves freely; it takes its Action only while its owner is conscious.
- At 0 HP a companion is broken, not dead — restored on a long rest unless your table rules otherwise.
