Priscilla
trophy-taking reaver of the Lilith brood
Priscilla — The Encounter
trophy-taking reaver of the Lilith brood · a boss your table can run with almost no prep. SRD 5.1-compatible.
Who Is Priscilla
Priscilla is the brood's terror, the sister who hunts the wounded and hoists their heads so the living lose heart. Lilith's daughters thrive on panic, and Priscilla manufactures it, dropping a foe and raising the ruin overhead until the rank breaks and scatters into the flock's claws. She fights at her fiercest against the already-bleeding, falling on stragglers with claw and fang. The grimoires call her the Trophy-Taker and warn that her true weapon is not her talons but the dread she sows, for a line that watches her work seldom stands long enough to test her teeth.
Run Priscilla in Sixty Seconds
- Hunt the bleeding then Blood Frenzy gives advantage on any target below max HP.
- Kills cause fear then Grisly Trophy frightens nearby enemies whenever she drops a foe.
- She is morale damage then use her to break the line so the flock pours through the panic.

How It Fights — by Tier
Same creature, scaled threat. The traits never change; only the numbers move.
Aim Priscilla at the wounded: Blood Frenzy gives advantage, and a kill frightens everyone nearby. She panics the line so the flock swarms. Not solo.
Open on an already-bleeding target, drop it, and trigger Grisly Trophy to frighten the rank. She breaks morale for her sisters; fight as a pack.
Hunt stragglers and the bloodied, chaining frightening kills to collapse the enemy's nerve. Fight as a flock; disengage when bloodied herself.

How a bound creature acts
- A companion acts on its owner's initiative, immediately after the owner.
- It uses the Companion block above — roughly ×0.6 HP and damage, no recharge abilities, and at most one reaction trait.
- It moves freely; it takes its Action only while its owner is conscious.
- At 0 HP a companion is broken, not dead — restored on a long rest unless your table rules otherwise.
