The Haloed Warden is the court's force multiplier: temporary hit points and +2 AC to an ally every turn, damage reduction on reaction, and a counterspell to shut down the party's answers. Left alive behind the Sentinel, it makes the whole court a grind. It is never a frontline.

Hunt it or the court refuses to die.

How a bound creature acts
- A companion acts on its owner's initiative, immediately after the owner.
- It uses the Companion block above — roughly ×0.6 HP and damage, no recharge abilities, and at most one reaction trait.
- It moves freely; it takes its Action only while its owner is conscious.
- At 0 HP a companion is broken, not dead — restored on a long rest unless your table rules otherwise.

Why prioritize the Warden?
Its per-turn temp HP, +2 AC, and reaction damage reduction multiply the survivability of every other court piece. Parties that don't break line of sight to it and hunt it down grind forever.
