How long does it take to receive a response?
General inquiries are answered within 3–5 business days. Commission-specific requests may take 5–7 business days as we review your project requirements carefully. Press and media queries receive priority and are typically answered within 2–3 business days.
Do you accept unsolicited collaboration proposals?
Yes — we are open to creative collaborations that align with our dark fantasy aesthetic and lore universes. Send a brief overview of your project, your credentials, and how you envision the collaboration. We review all proposals thoughtfully.
Can I request a custom miniature not listed on the Commission page?
Absolutely. The commission form covers most requests, but if your vision falls outside those parameters — original characters, large-scale centerpieces, game-board terrain — use this contact form and describe your concept in detail. We will assess feasibility and provide a custom quote.
Do you offer wholesale or distribution partnerships?
We do consider wholesale and distribution arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Select "Wholesale / Distribution" in the category field and provide details about your operation, volume expectations, and territories. Response time for these inquiries is 7–10 business days.
I found an issue with my order or download — who do I contact?
For order-related issues, please contact us directly at info.claycyanide@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For MyMiniFactory purchases, you may also use their platform's support system, though we prefer to resolve all issues directly.
Is my contact information kept private?
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is never shared with third parties. If you opt into studio dispatches, you may unsubscribe at any time. We take the privacy of our community with the same seriousness as the secrecy of any grimoire.
