Pandora's Box II: Mother Nullara

The Hollow Madonna — a gift to every soul who ever supported Clay Cyanide.

Mother Nullara — the Hollow Madonna, 75mm presupported dark fantasy STL miniature by Clay Cyanide

The Covenant remembers.

If you have ever been a Patron. If you have ever subscribed on MMF Tribes. If you have ever bought a single model from our MyMiniFactory store. Mother Nullara is yours. Free. No catch. No limited window. A gift — from us to you — because the Covenant does not forget the souls who walked with it.

This is Pandora's Box II. The second drop in a series that exists outside the monthly release schedule. Not a stretch goal. Not a bonus. Something else entirely — a loyalty mechanism dressed in lore and sculpted in obsidian.

Who Is Mother Nullara?

She was not born — she was emptied. Where others are filled with purpose, Nullara holds only the echo of what was taken. The Madonna of the Hollow Womb walks between worlds, cradling the weight of absence itself. Her arms extend not to embrace but to display what she lost. Her halo is not light — it is the outline of where light used to be.

In Clay Cyanide's demonological canon, Nullara exists outside the hierarchy of the Ars Goetia. She is neither demon nor angel. She is the space between — the silence after a prayer that was never answered. Those who hear her hymn are never the same. Those who print her say the same thing: she looks like she's about to speak, but chose not to.

"Nullara is one of those sculpts that stopped me mid-process. She wasn't designed — she emerged. Every detail felt like it was already there and I was just removing what didn't belong. That's when I knew she had to be a gift, not a product."

What Is Pandora's Box?

Pandora's Box is Clay Cyanide's loyalty mechanism. It is not a monthly release. It is not a stretch goal. It is not scheduled. It is a surprise drop that materializes when something extraordinary demands to exist outside the normal release cadence.

The first Pandora's Box was Nekhbet — a 100mm vulture-headed sub-boss that appeared mid-April alongside the Legion of Agares. That drop was time-limited: when April ended, Nekhbet sealed.

This one is different. Mother Nullara is not time-limited. She is person-limited. Only the 11,000+ souls who have ever supported Clay Cyanide financially can claim her. Everyone else sees the sculpt, reads the lore, and watches the painted prints roll in — but the file belongs exclusively to the Covenant.

This is the difference between a free download and a loyalty gift. Free downloads attract strangers. Loyalty gifts activate your warmest audience — the people who already know the quality, already trust the brand, and are one good reason away from resubscribing.

Why Give Away a Sculpt This Good?

Because loyalty is a compounding asset. Every month, roughly 3,700 former patrons sit in our database — people who subscribed once, received models they loved, and drifted away. They didn't leave because of quality. They left because life moved on. Mother Nullara is the reason to come back.

The Pandora's Box mechanic works because it inverts the typical creator-subscriber dynamic. Most creators ask: "What can I sell you?" Pandora's Box asks: "What have you already earned?"

When a former patron opens their email, sees the Hollow Madonna, and realizes she's theirs because they supported us two years ago — that is a fundamentally different emotional register than a sales pitch. It is recognition. And recognition converts at a rate no ad campaign can match.

For Your Games

Mother Nullara works as a standalone boss encounter, a narrative set piece, or a pure display figure. In a D&D or Pathfinder campaign, she is the entity the party finds at the end of a dungeon that isn't hostile — just present. She doesn't attack. She doesn't flee. She stands in the center of the room and holds her arms out, and the party has to decide what that means.

The most unsettling encounters are the ones where the monster doesn't fight. Nullara is that encounter. Place her on the table and watch your players argue about whether to attack, talk, or run. That hesitation — that's where the best stories live.

Pair her with Clay Cyanide's undead or corrupted-saint collections for a full cathedral-ruin encounter. Or use her solo as the final figure in a display shelf — the piece that stops visitors mid-sentence.

Mother Nullara is yours.

Check your MMF inbox or email — if you've ever supported Clay Cyanide, she's already waiting.
